HRB Therapies is a Wellness Centre based in the centre of Upton Upon Centre offering you a wide range of therapies, including Scar Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainge and Complementary Therapies.

​Treatments are available to suit everyone from babies to the elderly, with specialised therapies available for those undergoing or following cancer treatment.  Wellness workshops also take place at the centre.  If you would like to be kept informed of any events please register for the newsletter via the contact form.

HRB Therapies is run by Holistic Wellbeing Practioner Hilary Bell MFHT FG-MLD, who is a qualified, experienced therapist with a passion for providing a range of bespoke therapies and holistic complementary treatments. Besides working in Upton, Hilary is also available at The Lighter Touch in Malvern for appointments.
