Full Body Holistic Massage, 1 hour - £45

Swedish full body massage; promotes relaxation, aims to relieve areas of tightness, improve circulation and

increase the feeling of wellbeing, to leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.  Working with the soft tissues and

muscles in the body to help restore balance using medium or gentle massage movements.

Hour and a Half Holistic Treatment - 90 mins - £70

An hour and half combination treatment, select from any of the therapies to make up your treatment. 

Often popular as a total destress by combining a back massage, indian head and reflexology.

Upper Body Massage 40 mins - £37

A massage including back, arms, hands, shoulders, neck and scalp.

 

Half Hour Massage - £30

Seated Chair Massage - 15 mins - £15 / 30 mins - £30 

A fantastic massage if you prefer to be seated

or if you are limited on time this is available as a 15 minutes treatment.

Option of either a massage chair (as shown) or a standard chair.   Taken often fully clothed or alternatively

draped in a towel to expose the shoulders.  This massage can combine all or some of; back massage, shoulders,

arms, hands and scalp massage.  Also available as a mobile workplace treatment (subject to min numbers).

A treatment designed for those who are peri-menopausal or going through menopause to help improve both your

physical and emotional wellbeing.  A combination of massage with aromatherapy oils and reflexology to help

balance your hormones and restore feelings of harmony.

Indian Head Massage - 40 mins - £37

Focusing on the head, face, neck, shoulders and upper back, this massage is great for relieving tension and stress. 

Can be carried out seated or lying on the massage bed.

Hot Stones - 60 mins - £45

A full body massage using hot stones to help warm the muscles.

Using healing energies to help stimulate the body’s natural healing abilities.

Natural Facelift - 40 mins - £40 or 3 treatments for £105

A natural facelift massage to leave your skin feeling rejuvenated without the use of machines or needles. 

Can be really helpful for puffy eyes, or feeling of tiredness.
